Shoot your shot! Yes, you're ready. I had the chance to say this to a room of 200 female founders. I was honored to be a part of the panel for 'Building Without Permission' and talk about my experience as a founder alongside Claire Nord, Shipra Jha and Peggy Wang. Never been in a room with this many budding female founders. The most important I shared in that room was: i. Start building yourself -- don't wait to hire someone to build your product. Build your MVP yourself and learn to use coding agents. All the problems around CONFIDENCE, user feedback, product validation, finding cofounders, and raising money will get easier. ii. Keep launching and talking to users -- biggest learnings from YC iii. Shoot your shot -- you're ready.
