    So so incredibly grateful to share that Minicor (YC P26) (formerly Laminar) has been accepted into Y Combinator's upcoming Spring 2026 batch working with Tom Blomfield as our GP alongside Kulveer Taggar! We started off trying to solve bespoke API integrations, and after raising our pre-seed from Rahul Prakash and Kate R. at NOMO Ventures began plugging away at GTM (with a lot of help from Rob Snyder).     17 minutes is our current record for building a Windows Desktop RPA... That's 1600x faster than the industry standard. How? If you asked us a few months ago, we would have told you that we manually navigate a desktop app, take our best guess as to what we think the path forward would be, and click buttons until that path is validated. The first iteration of our product literally had a screen recorder built in to do just that. We relied heavily on the Windows UI library to help us understand what was on the screen and if there were shortcuts to get there. Anyone that’s worked with legacy systems can tell you nothing about them is intuitive so our old process could take days. These days, a combination of Claude Code and our mcp do the heavy lifting for us.
