在AI大行其道的時代，不少傳統行業正面臨翻天覆地的變革。創立於近年、現已成功躋身全球頂尖創業加速器Y Combinator的Marketing Agency InstaAgent，正是一個以科技顛覆傳統的典型範例。創辦人Kyle Wong接受專訪時，深入分享這家「AI Native」企業如何在短短時間內，憑藉僅八人的核心團隊，服務全球近20個國家的市場。 回顧創業初期，公司只有三個人，抱著「試一試」的心態，由一無所有，一步步走到今天，成功與多間大企業建立合作關係。Kyle透露，公司創立之初，在連產品都尚未推出的情況下，便大膽在社交媒體上投放廣告，幸得客戶賞識接下訂單。 當時團隊全靠人手操作AI、逐條撰寫prompt來產出影片和圖像交付給顧客。時至今日，公司已成功實現流程自動化，開創出「八成AI、兩成人手」的營運模式。 如今透過AI Agent，團隊能從前期的靈感構思、觀察最新趨勢，到基於數據庫精準分析受眾與成功案例；AI會隨即整合這些寶貴經驗，並擬定出第一輪企劃，接著就能直接展開高效創作。 AI如初級員工 Kyle形容AI好比「一個Junior staff，負責準備草稿」；而人類則是「擔任審批的角色，作爲supervisor，像一個小隊隊長」。 每一位客戶經理都會親自過目、檢視並修改AI準備的初稿，確認無誤後才會正式發送。這套模式的好處，在於AI本身具備持續的學習能力，能夠基於每一次的互動結果進行優化，讓其表現變得愈來愈好 。 他坦言，AI目前在某些極為微小的細節處理上，依然未能做到百分之百完美，這時候就需要依靠經驗豐富的人手去補回那些細節 。 他提到，AI雖然可以在極短時間內想出五條影片或圖片，但它本身缺乏真正的審美能力，也無法在眾多選項中決定「哪一個才是最好」。此時，人類員工的價值便無可替代。 InstaAgent 讓團隊成員在審美和大方向上進行把關，結合實際的數據分析來做出最終決策，並在AI產出的雛形上注入人類創意 。 截至目前，InstaAgent的整個核心團隊已擴展至八個人。這八人當中，大約有一半的人力專注於技術開發，負責編程與寫程序；另一半則負責直接對接客戶
