Florin

The financial operating system for the companies building the future.

About Florin

Florin brings banking, payments, cards, and treasury into one account built for startups - so founders can hold, move, and grow their capital without stitching together half a dozen tools. Unlike platforms that resell another bank's rails, we're building the infrastructure ourselves, end to end, so money moves in real time on a single ledger we own. We start with an invite-only membership for venture-backed companies and expand from there. Named after the florin, the coin that anchored global trade for three centuries, with infrastructure built for how money moves now.

    Car dealerships as SaaS businesses

Car dealerships are SaaS businesses that do not know they are SaaS businesses; service is the subscription, F&I is the upsell, and retention is the metric that matters.

    Claude Code project

Claude Code just one-shot a 10,000 line project for me, then struggled with a simple riddle; the future is here but unevenly distributed within the same model.
