Survivorship bias from cases like Facebook not selling to MTV or Yahoo skew people's perception on this advice. I agree in 99.9% of cases. The only question is how you know it's not the 0.1% case of Dropbox not selling to Apple, Airbnb to Rocket Internet, etc

Superhuman's AI assistant is a game changer for people that have to regularly write in a language in which they're not fully fluent. It corrects both my grammar and style. I used to have to copy/paste into ChatGPT.

As a final point, social media makes this all worse. It's hard to have context and intentions. How many people are asking the community to help them learn. @snyatta invests exclusively in Latam with nearly all of those companies run by Latam founders

Those changes would benefit Mexicans more than foreigners by reducing the barrier to entry. The benefit to and focus on foreigners should be secondary

All the reviews comparing Garmin Fenix / Epix vs Apple Watch Ultra sound just like the Blackberry vs iPhone comparisons in 2007/8. • physical buttons • better native apps • battery life Third-party apps will make the Ultra more compelling eventually.
